      The owner of this business, *******************, provided a quote for some landscaping, and I provided a deposit. He cancelled several times on scheduled start dates, and now will not refund the deposit. I have learned he has been doing this all over town.

      ************ promised to fix ceiling in living room of my home. He never completed the work.He also asked for $5,000 loan for plow truck for his business. He has not paid the loan back. He promised to pay rent $1000/mo starting in March 2022, has only paid 2 months rent.************ "fixed" my neighbors lawn, to which it was completed improperly/not to code, trash left at the job site.************ has an affinity for scheming and trying to find ways to make money. He evades homeowners once work is initiated.His business ethics are not intact and is doing more damage to the local community.$15,000 of rent, loans, and tools should be repaid, but he is now evading me.
