    We LOVE our new Jazz Band Live!!We have been using our original Jazz Band for all type of injuries on our bodies, and at 72 and 73, there is always some spot that needs it! We take turns using the Jazz Band while watching TV in the evenings most nights. If we have a specific injury, we use it several times a day. Recently, it helped my mouth recover faster after having 3 crowns put on in one day and feeling beat up and sore. It definitely would feel better after a session and sped up my recovery.I have found the support from the company to be outstanding!! They have gone over and beyond the normal warranty in order to have a "satisfied customer"! I was having intermittent problems with the software connecting with my older Jazz Band and called for phone support to help me "reset" the device with the software. ***** IMMEDIATELY offered to send me a new Jazz Band Live that doesn't require a cellphone and software connection--Just a manual switch. WOW! What a perfect solution! Works great!I have shared the information with friends that are recovering from injuries and hopefully they get smart enough to realize there are modalities that would help to keep us seniors at the "top of our game".I still have to try using it on my face to make the wrinkles disappear, ha ha.     I returned the item within the return window and they never refunded me. I have tried to contact them on many occasions and there is no response. HELP!!!!

    They do have one good product. Their most basic product the jazz band light is good and was effective in some instances. I would recommend the jazz band light, which is the basic version, over their more advanced version. The battery is also very overpriced. It is $80. Comparable products sell for $20-30 everywhere else (10,000mAh). It's robbery. But this is a review that is more about their business practices than the products themselves. **************** is incompetent/unresponsive:Support agents for dna vibe were clearly not very knowledgable about the products, and could not really answer any basic technical questions about them. But the biggest problem with customer service is that there was a glitch with one of my orders that caused me to be charged while the order itself was never sent to dna vibe for processing. Okay, no big deal. The issue was escalated to a manager who was very apologetic and vowed to get to the bottom of it quickly. Except, after more than two weeks, I still have not heard back from him. He has ignored multiple emails during the past week and I have had to open a dispute with the payment processor to get my money back. I am having the same issue with them regarding an item that I returned which was received at their facility over a month ago. A refund still has not been issued, and once again, they are not responding to my emails about it. This lack of responsiveness is truly bizarre and not at all consistent with the friendly "good vibes" image they try to project to the public. If that kind of thing matters to you, I would not recommend doing business with this company. This company likes to pride itself on how intelligent it is, but their customer service is anything but. Perhaps they should spend less time congratulating themselves on their brilliance, and more time fine tuning the basic aspects of their business.

    This company is authentic. The jazz band I got has helped my knee (that was injured a year ago). I am able to walk now after 3 weeks or so of using the Jazz Band light 3-4 times per day. It may not be a cure for me but it is definitely helpful -DEFINITELY. I WILL BE ORDERING A BATTERY PACK OR TWO and also a DNA Vibe. I dont need the computer app one. But others may fine the extra money worth it. But the mobility of the device may be a game changer for driving long distance.
