    I can't say enough good things about Code 4! From start to finish, the inspector was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and highly knowledgeable about every aspect of the home inspection process. His expertise was evident as he carefully assessed each part of the home, explaining his findings in a way that was both clear and reassuring.What truly set him apart was his exceptional communication skills. He took the time to answer all of our questions, providing insights that helped us understand not just the current condition of the home but also how to maintain it moving forward. His report was comprehensive, well-organized, and easy to follow, complete with clear photos and explanations.Thanks to the inspector, we felt fully informed and confident in our home purchase. If you're looking for an inspector who is thorough, professional, and truly cares about his clients, look no further. Highly recommend!

    ****** at Code 4 Inspection was truly incredible. He was incredibly thorough, patient, explanatory, and knowledgeable. There are a few items in the house that need addressed and we felt really clear as to what were the most important issues to take back to the seller for negotiations. Great experience all around. For ******, think of 'above and beyond'. His standards are excellent and exactly what you'd want in a person who is inspecting your potential future home. The house that we are selling has a brand new upgraded furnace, and the house we are moving into has an older one. He took the time to show us what to do should things go wrong with the furnace, and taught us so much. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!!!
