Jim and Michelle are incredible! I had really no clue about how or what to do when enrolling with Medicare. On top of that we moved to Austria for a year and so had to coordinate phone conferences and video meetings with an 8 hour difference. They bent over backwards for us to get everything done so that we were set and ready to go when we got back to the states. We truly could not have done it all so smoothly without them. I would highly recommend them (and have already done so numerous times) to any and everyone who wants help and guidance with Medicare and everything associated with it. They were and are AMAZING!

Jim was very helpful as I transitioned to Medicare. He spent several phone calls with me to explain everything. I was really nervous about switching my insurance and he made it very easy. I would recommend him to anyone switching to Medicare!Silver Sherpa, Inc.

Jim is the BEST! I had a very unusual situation come up that made things urgent for me to get signed up with Medicare. He had me come into his office and walked through everything with me and assured everything was set up correctly, in the nick of time, for my MRI and subsequent surgery. Medicare! What a labyrinth, right? When I approached 65 I began receiving an avalanche of offers to attend this Medicare or that Medicare workshop, and I went to several--most of them in 2nd or 3rd tier restaurants and buffets. And in nearly every one of them, I felt that the hosts were just trying to drum up easy leads from anxiety-stricken soon-to-be seniors. And then I attended a workshop from Jim Garry--the Silver Sherpa. He didn't offer warmed over steak or crappy 2nd-rate BBQ. In fact, he held his workshop in a public library with no frills. He offered instead genuine knowledge and solid guidance for navigating the muddy waters of Medicare. So I met with him and from the first time we talked, I felt that he wasn't in Medicare to make an easy buck. He earned my trust and helped me get ALL my ducks in a row. And my particular case was fraught with various complications having to do with a layoff right around the deadline time. Every step of the way he provided solid facts and helped me avoid the pitfalls I would have encountered if I hadn't placed my trust in him. So yeah, this has been a great experience. If you're on the fence about who to go with for solid Medicare advice and coverage, He's your guy.Silver Sherpa, Inc.
