    As a former employee ; i can honestly say that this company has been very disappointing . Within a month I believed I had the correct information by the recruiter and they director but it was a bit confusing apparently because at the end ; the promises they they offer you when it comes to compensations and benefits , fall very short and the qualification for you to be able to obtain them are some what ridiculous to a level of feel play as a fool. The promises they offer are always falling short and the expectations every quarter are even higher than before and the treatment towards staff is always flaky ; very depending on their mood . Never professional , not willing to put their personal vendettas and anger and ***** behaviors out of the door. Lack of planing time for the rest of the classrooms specially toddler rooms and up . Thankfully Nido room was always cover but it lack some stuff and consistency in support from directors and overall upper management . It was a roller coaster . So far when I got hired back in ********************************************************************************* 2022 who I guess found it easy on some of us including myself to yell, scream , and even loss her temper in a very poor and scary way that caused a lot of high turnovers, unhealthy work-life balance , caused poor communication between each other in this case director -employee because she was unapproachable , stressful environment because of the over exaggerated expectation on some of the employees and others there were not because of favoritism. In addition the poor workplace politics , alongside with the ones as of poor employee benefits , and If we add to that the extra hours and unreasonable workloads and the lack of concern for the employees health and safety.This company needs a big change and reset from the inside ; not from the outside.This place only brought me problems mentally ,physically,health-wise.Im still working recovering but not were i should be.

    Potential new families beware! We are so incredible disappointed and appalled by the lack of communication by Guidepost Centennial, causing us to now be out of childcare at the end of my maternity leave.We signed up for infant care in February of 2022, confirming a spot for ******* of 2023, and paid the $2000 deposit. In May, an email came from head of school ******** with updates on infant room capacity. I emailed back to confirm our son would still have a spot in ******* of 2023, and she confirmed in writing that he would.After the birth of our son, I emailed ******** again on 8/31 with this same initial question with no response, left a voicemail for the school on 9/28, and had to call again on 10/4 where ******** finally answered the phone and told me someone would call me to discuss updates.Rather than the courtesy of a call, we received an email notifying us that we wouldnt have a spot almost a YEAR longer than what weve been quoted and told repeatedly for over 7 months. If we hadnt been persistent in communication and reaching out ourselves, would we have found this out at all?! Other daycares in the area are also on significant waitlists well over a year, which again, is why I tried to confirm with ******** in May that wed have a spot. And when she did, we took no action to seek other options.If communication before even starting is this poor, Im just glad we avoided putting our son in care here for the longterm. It took two weeks to get the refund of our $2000 deposit as well.
