    This was the worst move I have ever experienced. Not only did they scratch the doors and **** a brand new $3000 refrigerator, they claimed it was that way before they moved it. They also chipped a wood headboard and lost slate tiles for a patio table. They claimed they never moved the tiles, and yet I saw their mover wrap them in a moving pad and carry them out. The driver also told me he would be there by 8:00 am to unload, then claimed he never said that and showed up at noon. They had 4 guys to pack, and only two guys to unload with quite a bit of furniture that needed put back together. They didn't finish until 9:00 PM. They were the worst crew I ever had and the driver was not only lying, but the company believed him. It will cost me about $1500 to replace the stainless frig doors, and I have to hire someone who works with wood to fix the headboard. The tiles, I will have to go try to find something that fits the table. Additionally I had many boxes that were pretty much crushed. A whole set of plates was broken, which I didn't submit for claim because they were old. But fortunately the crushed boxes didn't have things that were breakable. This though shows how they load the truck, they just jam them in no matter if the box says fragile, or put on top, or whatever. This was a crew that loaded out of ************ and then delivered to ******** AZ. Worst move, I do not recommend them at all.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have lived in 9 different states and over 30 different addresses. So, it's fair to say that I have moved a lot, and this was the worst moving experience I have ever had. I don't know what I can add that can make the point clearer.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY MOVING AND STORAGE!! They helped move my mom to ***** recently and everything that could go wrong did go wrong. First off they forgot to pull her stuff out of the warehouse and was over a week late with delivering her items. They kept giving her the runaround and making excuses as to why they were late. She asked for some financial compensation for being inwithout her items, and they also gave her the runaround for this. Then, when she finally received her items, several things were missing and damaged. Several pieces of artwork was gone, several personal family photos were gone. Her solid wood dresser look like someone had kicked it in. Her jewelry box was missing. She has reached out to the owner, ******* several times. If you were ever looking for a moving company look somewhere else. If you value your possessions look somewhere else. Also, if you come across Allied moving, they are affiliated look somewhere else.

    The move was a disaster. They lost a box containing irreplaceable heirloom items -- FOUR GENERATIONS OF FAMILY PHOTOS IRREPLACEABLE. Especially considering my father died when I was young and THESE WERE THE ONLY MEMORIES I HAVE OF HIM. And of my mother who passed a couple years ago. 4 Yearbooks of when my father served aboard the *** Badoeng Strait in the Korean War. His Naval patches and cap. His commendations. Rocks accumulated from family trips some precious, like fossils and petrified wood. Many items were broken or damaged. At the destination, the helpers to unload did not show up and I had to help the driver unload the entire truck. I was overcharged (had a minimum load) to begin with. I usually move myself -- this is the first time I hired a "professional" company and I totally regret it. I have called and left voicemails and emails with the office about my missing and damaged items and NO ONE has responded. I have been in my home for almost 2 weeks now..... Stay away from the company.Edit - I finally got an email 2 weeks into my begging them to respond. It was callous and crass. They show zero remorse for what they are responsible for. All they did was give me a link to file a claim. How am I supposed to put a dollar amount on FOUR generations of family history!!!!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!

    Perhaps one of the worst consumer experiences Ive ever had in my entire life. We needed somewhere between six and eight guys to unpack all my stuff in one day, they sent only four healthy guys, one guy who could hardly walk, and one lazy, obese female, who did nothing but complain the entire day. They actually put me to work standing in the driveway on a freezing cold day, checking off boxes as they unloaded the truck. I wanted to be in the house directing where stuff went. They were moving so slowly. ThT I eventually had them put all the boxes in the garage, well over 200 heavy boxes that I later had to move by myself. When I asked them to carry a small table downstairs, the female complained that their job was to only bring stuff in the house, not move it around. She absolutely was not capable of doing any heavy work, she even said she was in physical therapy and could not carry stuff. Why did Baileys send her on the job if she couldnt move stuff? It took me several months to unpack things, and I eventually realized that several things were missing. I called *********************, the local manager, and asked him to look around to see if he could find the items. He never even called back. I called again and spoke to a guy named *****. He said he was going to check with the warehouse manager and get back to me. He never got back to me either.My contract for moving from ********** was close to $30,000. In my opinion, I did not get what I paid for. It was a nightmare dealing with Baileys, and I would never consider using them again.

    I interviewed for different companies and was convinced that ******** was the best despite reviews. I deeply regret that decision. Two very expensive and sentimental designer handbags were stolen, many things were damaged, many things were missing, I keep realizing every week something else that didn't show up. We were not compensated for those bags because they were "packed by owner". The entire experience was very stressful, expensive and upsetting.
