    I dont recommend this company at all. Their whole marketing pitch is that you wont have to worry, they even promise no surprise pricing on their website. But we were surprised by a lot, and not in a good way.During our initial calls, we were told they would pack, unpack, and handle debris removal. That level of service was a big part of why we chose them. On moving day, it became clear that none of that was going to happen. I emailed the owner while reporting damage to our belongings and brought up what had been promised, specifically the unpacking and debris removal. Instead of taking accountability, he acted like that conversation had never happened.He said he would pull the phone recordings to verify but he never followed up, and there wasnt even a hint of an apology. It was clear he didnt believe me, which is frustrating considering that full-service moving is the core of how they market themselves.We were also charged $500 more than the original quote because of the time the movers took (and the elevator in our building was slow, admittedly but packing was still ongoing), even though we received less than what was promised. Several items were damaged, the movers didnt return our keys, and after a few vague messages about checking with the team, the owner stopped responding about it altogether until I texted repeatedly. We had to pay our apartment complex for the lost keys.Weve moved across the country before, and that was less stressful than this local move. The movers rushed through reassembling our furniture because it was getting late and we had to redo it ourselves. Overpriced, disorganized, and completely lacking in accountability. Not worth the stress.

    I booked You Move Me Denver back on February 6th 2025 for a late March move. I paid a deposit of $99.00 to hold the date and did some more digging at reviews as I was just being cautious. I came across many negative reviews of the company so I messaged them back on February 8th and cancelled and requested a refund. Fast forward to March 25th I have still not got the refund despite making over a dozen calls and text messages to **** their sales person. I intend to dispute the charge with our credit card company but part of me feels so fortunate that so far the only thing Im out is $99 vs a whole botched move. Read reviews people. So happy I did!!!!

    This company showed up 3 hours and 40 minutes late, in a rented Enterprise truck, with no boxes and/or blankets. When they arrived at my new property, they backed into the electric/ cable line causing 6K dollars in damage. I spent most of the move on the telephone with the electric/ insurance company. They never even addressed the damage (the house had no power and was unlivable). ***** (owner) demanded payment, and when I tried to ask a question about what happens next, he kept repeating "so you not gonna pay me?" over and over again. I had every intention of paying them, but needed answers. The owner directed the movers to start removing electronics from my house, and ***** himself started by carrying my 60 inch TV out of the house while calling on his crew to do the same. In order to avoid a serious conflict, I paid him. His only words were to call the claims department. I should have simply called the police, as they are trying to avoid paying for the full amount of the repairs, and rely upon intimidation tactics to get customers to comply.

    I booked my move about a month ago with *****. I tried to reach him by text and ***** for two days before the move, to ask a question, and he did not get back to me . The officer ***** # on the confirmation email was not working. The guys that moved me were very nice, and worked hard. But they didnt get to my house until almost 11:00 AM. Then they took an hour lunch break and my move was not done until after 8 PM. The distance was only half an hour! They were unprofessional and careless and did not know how to move furniture safely and correctly. The thing that upset me most was the fact

    Do not recommend. Three pieces of broken furniture and despite buying a level up of insurance they never paid me what was owed for the items. We went back and forth for months via email, someone even called me to confirm the items and said they were working on it, then I was ghosted. No insurance payment made to me. Previously I gave this business a 5-star review because the movers said it was really important to their job that they collect 5-star reviews and wouldnt leave until I made one right then and there. And yes, the movers were nice but as I stated in my original review spent unnecessary extra hours for being understaffed for the job and you can tell only one of them had the appropriate training. If you see high reviews here its likely that just like me people were pressured to give that review during the move itself or purely its a reflection of good movers not good management. I am still fighting to get my broken furniture payment back and we moved 3+ months ago.

    Poor communication when setting up the move, hours were wrong, they showed up 1.5 hrs late and forgot the 20 boxes we asked for. Once upon arrival, they started charging the time though we had to wait another 30 minutes for the manager to bring the boxes. The movers did not pack anything or tap a box. My friend and myself had to. Once they were done, we went through the storage unit and found out they stole one of our TV's and wrapped a box in a blanket making it look like a TV. they also, stole a speaker, damaged several boxes and even broke a picture frame that they his in the back of the unit. This happened a week ago, and since then I have been getting calls at all hours of the night and inappropriate, racist and perverted text messages from the movers. I have contacted everyone in the company for them to keep pushing it off to someone else. I will be asking for a full refund and the stolen items replaced along with harassment charges. I would never ever recommend this company. Everything that can and could go wrong with a company did. Btw, I did screenshot and save everything I mentioned on here too! Will be working the the *** and *** office since the company refuses to do anything. Then ***** emailed us asking us to take down the reviews and he would mail us a $500 check, they know they are a shady and unprofessional company.
