I would like to report ****** ***** for aggressive, poor quality, abusive, unprofessional, and illegal behavior. Here are the following: Work: I had him create a retaining wall for me, and then wanted him to extend the wall, and then wanted him to add concrete stairs and a corner wall. Work started Mar 17. He was verbally abusive and accusatory, the quality was poor but problems addressed, his team stole and broke my tools, he had his team start work and then left dirt in the street for a week, he harassed me via text after I asked him firmly and clearly not to use text, and then he paid himself using my cc number without my authorization saying the payment was due when ALL of the communication emails said the payment was due 5/14/2025. He owes me still for the contents of the fridge that all went bad when his team cut the electric line to my garage, the reimbursement for having to remove the back filled dirt that I asked him not to do, the work to clean the sidewalk, the replacement of the broken shovel, and he replaced tools, but one is not the size that was stolen by his team. I also want reimbursement for the quality of the steps that currently have a tripping hazard. Total requested $425 reimbursement

The client hired our company to do some work on her home. The work was completed in its entirety, with some minor repairs and extra work requested. The problem started after the work was finished, when the client insisted on saying that the work was not complete, because there was some soil that needed to be removed that was not in accordance with what she wanted. I sent my guys to check, and even though I showed her that everything was fine, she insisted that the leveling of the soil in her backyard was incorrect. After sending my guys again, I was informed that in fact the client wanted to remove soil that was perfectly level, so that she could install a patio in her garden in the future. At this point, I asked my guys to stop and informed her again that the work was complete and that in fact the client wanted to use my guys to do extra work that was not contracted. I asked her to send a message saying that she requested this, but the client never sent one. I informed her again that the work was complete, and she said it wasn't because there was dirt, which was moved when my guys started removing it, and that it would only be completed after that. She improperly used 3 of my guys to do an extra job, I had to pay someone to clear the extra dirt in front of the house, and even then I didn't charge her for it. This caused me a loss of 900 dollars between employees, trailer and landfill fee. The client waited more than 30 days to pay me 3 extra invoices, and in the contract the client is responsible for a daily fine after finishing the work of $200 per day. For this alone the client owes me more than ****** dollars in fines. I will not charge her for this. But I have this invoice with my lawyers in case I need to go to court for any problems the client wants to continue causing.
