    It was a nightmare. Should be a 0 stars.....First tech came out to run a snake down the clogged toilet...$95.....He ran it down and no luck. Still clogged.... He didn't have the right snake to run down the Master bedroom cleanout.. NOR... the right snake to run down the shower drain....which was also backing up. WTH???How can this tech be in the business 5 years, as he said he was, and NOT have the right tools? As usual, I have to do his job for him. So his boss comes out...." OH, see the sewer line with my new high tech camera.....we need to tear up your front lawn, break your sprinkler system, and charge you $5100.00."........ If I was smart I would have made him run the snakes through the Master bedroom cleanout and the shower drain before we did anything else. But somehow I trusted him...I was an idiot. $5100.00 later it still backed up in the shower!!!.....so they sent a guy out...the only one who knew what he was doing...and he ran the snake down the shower drain. Bingo!! problem solved. If this was done in the first place there would be no need to tear up my front lawn. But they wanted the big ticket item.... Don't use them. If you do, you'll wish you hadn't. They make their $$ off of quick response, marketing and scamming people into thinking they need their sewer systems torn up.
