    Think twice before renting at Centennial Crossings, Centennial:1. The pipes freeze every time the temperature drops low and then thaws on the next warm day! There are at least 4 apartments that flooded in the last 2 weeks.2. The garage door broke at the end of November and won't be repaired until late March???? Why 3. There is approx. one elevator that breaks every week. We have 3.There have been 9 cars stolen in the parking lot AND in the garage since it opened.If that isn't enough .... I don't know what would be

    Thank you for your comments, I would like to clarify a few things.  We had a fire sprinkler freeze during the -15-degree weather at the beginning of January ****. This is not uncommon in ******** as many homes and businesses were affected by the extreme weather that occurred.  Our elevators do not break every week, we do have service records that go to the ***************** that show that is not an accurate statement.  I don't see a resident with your name in our records so we can't reach out to you, but you are welcome to contact us if you have further questions.  Centennial Crossings is 2 years old and fully occupied.  We have ****************, fitness center, library, card and craft room, community room with fireplace, outdoor grills and fire pit, plus monthly community events.  We encourage anyone who feels we are not right for them to find the place that is best suited to their lifestyle so they can enjoy wherever they live.
