  Hired this business to remodel my bathroom. The contract was breached multiple times in various ways. Delayed the work. Purchased brand new equipment for multiple jobs some not even my job & charged it to me as materials. Requested extra money multiple times for items within scope and requested contractual final deposit prior to completion multiple times. Did not pay subcontractor, who was not qualified to do job, and the work is so below industry standards its not only laughable, its dangerous. Nothing works correctly, paint is awful, everything is awful. This guy is a fraud and scam artist. Would have to see it to believe it. I have way too much documentation and pictures to submit through this format.

  How is it that when I filed a complaint (#********) against *************************** dba I 25 roofing and restoration in ************ a few weeks ago, there was not a BBB listing for this company, but now that my complaint is being closed do to the business not responding, theres not only a listing, but an A+ rating?!!! Are you sure you were contacting the correct company for my complaint?! This contractor has now not paid 2 subs to work on my house, I have him recorded asking me to remove this complaint, promising to remedy my bathroom situation, which he did send 2 guys to do, but once they found out they were working for free, they left a nasty note for ****** in my garage and never came back. And when I contacted ****** again, he pretended to be his wife and texted that he was in ICU on a ventilator at St. Anthonys, non responsive. I immediately called St. Anthonys and there was no patient by that name in any of their ICUs or other wings. This man has no business with an A+ rating. He was taking multiple jobs while he was at my house and he apparently finds subs on ********** and never pays them. He gets down payments from customers and never finishes. He makes store sales on customers credit cards for materials and buys ****************** and then sells it for cash.

  My name is ********************  The name and address you affiliated with this claim is WRONG AND DEFAMATORY.

  I developed a website for I25 Roofing and Restoration several years ago.  However, *************************** failed to pay for services rendered so we repossessed the domain and trade name, along with the website and copy.  Currently, another contractor's contact information is listed on the site; he will be purchasing the website content and graphics; at that time we will remove all aspects of I25 Roofing and Restoration and will be changing the domain.

  However, this in no way should be impacting my personal residential address you have somehow identified with ****************************  You need to remove my address from this complaint and the relationship with ****** and his crooked business practices.  It is deceptive and defamatory to me, in fact, with this individual's name and reputation associated with my address, this could indeed subject me and my family to dangerous repercussions.  If this happens we will hold the BBB accountable and negligent for not doing the proper research in properly identifying shady characters.

  I tried to email the complaintant ********************* to inform her of the mistake the BBB did in associating my personal address with this criminal but she did not respond.

  FYI, *************************** has been a fugitive from the Adams *************************** for fraud, and continues to solicit business off social media using the trade name he no longer owns.  It is common knowledge in the local construction industry that ****** is a cheat, thief, and *****.  Do your due diligence and remove all vestiges and connections between this criminal and my home address, please.  If I get another of these "complaints,"  you will be hearing from my lawyer.

  Please respond to my request in a reasonable amount of time.

  I mean what else can I do to make someone stop this criminal? I can't accept this response because this is a BBB and *************************** problem AND it does nothing to solve my problem either. I don't have money for a lawyer to go after this person, and if I did, I don't know where to find him, and I doubt I'd be able to recover or collect anything anyway. I just want to be made whole. I had to sell my house because of this *****. I can't commit defamation without the element of intent.
