      After suffering hail damage to our roof and gutters, we contacted Just Roof and Gutters to replace our gutters. **** came out right away to take measurements and was even kind enough to take measurements of our damaged skylights and recommend a company to replace them. This was the end of our contact with Just Roofs and Gutters. We tried several times to contact them via phone and email to no avail. Our insurance needed a simple change to the estimate and no one at Just Roofs and Gutters would reply. 14 emails starting with just **** then adding on every email address we could find for a Just Roofs and Gutters employee with no answer from them. No returned calls. (**** claims that he tried to call my cellphone but couldn't leave a voicemail on a cellphone....). Now here we are, more than a year later and **** finally reaches out to "See if we are still doing the project." Not one mention of the emails. Not one attempt to take a look at why we can't move ahead without information from him. It is clear that this company enters into contracts that they can not fulfill. We will also be filling complaints with ****** and **** as contractors like this should not be doing work in our community.

      We were originally contacted by the customer in December 2023 to review his gutter situation.  We completed a full assessment and provided a bid on 12/15/23 which he signed on 12/16 we sent initial invoice to the client and he explained they were waiting for funds from the carrier to complete the contract.  Notes indicate that we followed up a number of times On 5/14/24 we were told by the customer that they had escalated their claim from the original adjuster as they were not getting any response.  we continued to follow up until we finally received a response from the customer on 12/29 indicating he had sent NUMEROUS emails to us requesting additional information without response.  

      I connected with the customer on 12/30 to discuss the customer claim at which point he indicated an email sent to me had been rejected.   I explained that I have no record or indication of his email but also explained that we had implemented a quarantine email service to better protect the company from online attacks and that may have contributed to the issue.  He indicated that hed called as well but no records could be found on our side nor could he remember who he spoke with or left messages.  Based on the number of times and the length of our documented follow up on our side, the customers claim that we didnt want the job wasnt accurate and he agreed to take down the ****** review that we were responding to.  Until notified by the BBB we had no idea he had submitted additional reviews..
