    Its a complete rip off for the amount that it costs for private pay. Unfortunately both of my parents ended up in rehab then SNF there at the same time and werent safe to go home for a while and it was $20k per month. I was given misinformation about the price and they ended up giving my parents a discount. Even the discount they ultimately gave my parents was still a rip off. It was a terrible position to be in when they were the only facility that could accept my parents when they left the hospital because of availability. Theyre like you signed the contract and Im like what were my parents supposed to do stay in the hospital for 4 months instead? It was almost impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone or to find nursing staff to take care of them. Also, there was no coordination of care and different people would tell me different things. Its none of the individual staffs fault because they were trying their best. We even liked some of the staff! But the admin has no excuse to run a facility like this. Shame on you exploiting seniors and their families during their most vulnerable time. Id give zero stars if I was allowed if it wasnt for some alright frontline staff that pushed it to one star.
