    I subscribed to the skincare subscription box.I received a package of four products a hair serum, facial scrub and two masks. Everything but the hair serum was unusable, although I tossed it, too, concerned it would be damaging to my hair. The products were dried up so severely that they could not be scooped from the (cracked) glass jars. Or even jackhammered. I attempted to contact customer service. They have no phone number (!!), so I sent a message via their website, sent an email and left a message on their ******** page. I never heard back. I sent multiple (6-7) additional messages, and while I received confirmations of their receipt, I was never contacted. Beware of this scam! They clearly use old, decrepit products and then hide from attempts to be reimbursed or otherwise made whole. What a shameful scam company.
