  I spoke with several solar power companies before I chose Solar Power Pros, **** and I have not regretted it. Everyone was very professional and my contact person went above and beyond helping me get approval from my electric company. My condo is all-electric so this has been the best decision I've made.

  I had an excellent experience with Solar Power Pros. The process from start to finish was a seamless process. **** with a great and knowledge and really helped me through this process. The install team (****!!) was professional, timely, and just a great guy. We highly recommend Solar Power Pros and their team

  Simply a well organized professional company.We started our search for Solar in January, knowing we were upgrading our HVAC system meant it would be a good time to go Solar also.We reached out to 3 locally owned companies (that was important to us). Only 2 responded. Our sales person ****** was courteous, prompt and professional during ever step of this process, he represented the company and their products at the highest level. Getting answers to every question we had. Once our deal was signed, ****** and the installation team(s) were great to work with and their was nothing to worry about as there emails, phone calls or texts kept us in the loop through the whole process.Lauren even kept us in the loop with our Power ********************* so we knew what was happening with the new meter install. 5?stars for UP also it only took 5days to install new meters after final inspection. From start to operational it took ONLY 56 calendar days and our system has been producing more KWH on average per day than what we currently consume.THANKS to everyone involved. Highly recommend you to anyone considering Solar Power.

  I reached out to Solar Pros in early May 2022.After some back and forth and deciding on size of system and making progress on my remodel project which included a new roof, we signed a contract for install on 8/2022. (Contract notes what they include which includes engineering).We then had to wait for my standing seam roof to be installed. It was finished on 11/5.So install should have been scheduled to start immediately to take advantage to get 2022 tax rebates.....Solar Pros neglected to use their engineering to evaluate my completed roof but asked my contractor for informaion. He was quite busy with other aspects of my project. They then asked for information from the structural engineer who signed off on our roof.... again, on any other project they would use their engineer. Our engineer was busy and obviously does not work for free. So more wasted time.The scheduled to install finally on 2/3/2023. Crew showed up and left without talkin to anyone or letting us know why they left. After I reached out, I heard back in the evening that there was still a small amount of snow on the roof and there was no siding where they would need to mount their inverter etc. (A simple site visit prior would have solved this as we would have had that small area sided if we knew they needed that).FINALLY on 2/27 they completed install. March 24th I receive a bill from my contractor from the engineer for the work they did for Solar Pros for my project for $825 that should have been covered by Solar Pros.3/18/23 sent email to my rep from Solar Pros about this additional charge that had been passed along to me asking for help with it and recieved no response.3/22/23 Sent message again asking for help with this charge that should have been covered by Solar Pros rather than passed along to me. No response.3/23/23 Sent another message. NO REPONSE AGAIN.

  Thanks for your feedback ***********  We did work directly with your structural engineer to facilitate permitting approval.  We thought he would invoice ** directly for his services, he did not, but we have paid for his expenses now.  Also, we do apologize for the miscommunication during our installation.  We should have communicated with you and your home remodel general contractor more clearly about our site readiness needs during your home remodel. Our install team showed up several times to start their install, but the site was not ready for them and we needed to reschedule their work. We are happy that your solar installation is fully completed and that you can now enjoy the benefits of your solar energy with your home remodel fully completed.

  Pretty smooth, but lengthy, process mainly due to supply chain issues on the battery. System underperforms at times but still very cool to power my EV from the sun.

  After contacting several solar companies and did an extensive research on each company rating, background, financial health, the kind of panels used as well as customer services. We decided to go with ******************** due to locally owned with excellent history, competitive pricing and willing to work with you in a short time frame for the tax credit. One year into the system, we are pleased that our electric bill has dropped to the basic minimum and our system produce more electric to sell back to the electric company. We highly recommend this company and would use them again if there is a need for it.

  Excellent company. We up front and answered my questions which came up often before I decided on Solor Power Pros. Their pricing was the best for up front costs. Loan costs were higher but the up front price was enough lower to more than make up for it.

  Solar power pros was great to work with. They were professional, answered our many questions, and the installation was done with a team that was careful and thorough. We are beyond happy, not to mention their pricing was much less than the others we looked at. Our electric bill has notably dropped as well.
