This business worked on our truck to install suspension springs, airbag kit, and shocks. They damaged and ripped the boots, anchors, and did not install properly. My truck is now in danger as there is grease leaking, wobbly, and grinding noises coming from the driveshaft. There are also whining noises present and it seems it is damaging the four wheel drive system. They will not admit that something is wrong. I am afraid to drive my truck and need it to work. I am losing money as I feel unsafe to drive the truck which is used to pull a trailer as I am a construction framer. I need to take it to another professional to diagnose and fix the issue. Jazz it up should refund my money so I can take it somewhere else to fix the issue they have caused. They are unprofessional and unwilling to admit fault and damage to my truck. They are unethical. I am worried my truck will have more issues and permanent damage due to this.
