      I placed an order buy 2 2 free @ 47.95/btl. i expected my order to be 125 .00 ish. went to my bank account and 2 wd for ****** -which they charge me for 4 and ***** for cleanse and detox. I didnt order. called bank to stop pament-advise I call the cust.service. Did and they refused to return money saying thats what I ordered says "small ************ told me to call back tuesday 3/12 and they would put in claim and have to cancel my card and issue new card. I tried to call them back and tell them I contact ****************************** Fraud which I did. They said if I drop the claim with a 3 way call they would refund my money. I told them they used false advertisement and they scammed me out of my money, I was watch a *************************** video which was not allowed for false promotion, Then they sent me Apple Cider Vinager and that was not what I ordered and they said yes it was. ORDER 3 A6D7EF9D04 Ketologenic - ACV Gummies - $47.49/each AND ************* Support Toll-Free: ******************************************************************************** tracking number has been assigned to your order (A6D7EF9D04). The tracking number is 9405511206224801715353.This is the information off the emails- they never gave a total just took that amount out of my account- I would of never ordered the apple cider gummies- there are so many scammers out there is the world. I don't know how it is allowed.I told them I just want my money back.Thank you

      We are in receipt of your complaint on behalf of the customer. We understand the customer's frustrations and have responded to the complaint by issuing a full refund to the customer's account amounting $269.97 dated 03/19/24.

      Furthermore, we confirm that the customers account has been closed and will receive no further charges. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to show from the refunded date.
