      We have purchased two water systems for two homes almost simultaneously, and we have had nothing but problems. We keep having problems with flooding and they never have any service people to come out timely and we even had to go through Culligan and get a brand new system for one of the homes and were continuing to have problems with the other home. We have spent ****** on each system. This company it is horrible.

      I started to use the water filtration system from The Source H2O in **********, Colorado since last July. Whenever I need a help for a maintenance services and the leaking issue, the representative *********************************** always answered the phone to provide the fastest service for me. She would talk to me patiently to find out the services I need and schedule appointments immediately. She also followed up with me after the service is done. The technician ************** Vice is very knowledgeable and professional!! He came to my house in the early morning during the snowy day and did the maintenance work in my water system and fixed the pipe connector for me. Frankly, I am very happy with the quality work they have been providing for me. I am going to ask my son to install the water filtration system through the Source H2O because of the great customer service and wonderful professionals just like *********************************** and ************** Vice!! ***************
