At this point, I believe that the company is doing false advertisement.  They gave me 2 more of the same toy and they all stopped squeaking within 5 minutes of having the toy.

I guess a refund cannot be provided, but I think this company should be cited by the BBB for putting out products that are not; in fact, true.

I bought 3 toys from the joyhound rip roarin line of dog toys and my dogs tore them up in like 2 weeks. ******** told me they cant do a return or exchange for me that it can only be done through the company because it is on the packaging that if they get destroyed to return for exchange or refund. I contacted Outward Hound and they told me to contact barkbox. These Joyhound toys come with a lifetime warranty on the package so if they get torn up they can be returned. Barkbox told me to contact the Joyhound company, and that is Outward Hound who is refusing to give me money back for something they put on their package. I would not have bought these 3 toys had I known that. I bought 2 of the toys a week ago and 1 2 months ago. These toys are not old at all.

I ordered 2 dog puzzles from this company for a total of $58.82. I wanted to return them because my dogs wouldnt use them. Their website says returns are accepted or I never would have bought them. I emailed them telling them Id like to return. A pop up message said they would contact me shortly. They did not. I emailed again a few weeks later, same message and no contact from them. I went to their site and wrote a review. A pop up message said my review was under review by the company. It was never posted. They are not honoring what they advertise as far as returns and no company should be able to pick and choose which reviews they allow.
