    Sealcon is an extremely hostile work environment. They allow coworkers to call TRAINEES the * word. As well as other slurs. When expressed TO MANAGEMENT I punished in the work place. Removed from my position as well as segregated from ALL OF MY OTHER CO WORKERS. I have made multiple complaints and attempts at getting better treatment. I was forced to remove myself due to this treatment. As well as threatened multiple times by management. This was one of the worst jobs Ive ever had. It has been extremely hard on my mental health and extremely difficult for me to focus on the job I was learning. I wasnt even at Sealcon for 3 months before I have experienced work place harassment, I have been bluntly yelled at, I have been called a *stupid bit*h multiple times for a job I NEVER WAS EVEN A*LE TO COMPLETE TRAINING FOR, as well as them hiring me for 23$ an hour and I have been being paid 20$ an hour since I started! This business is horrible and the management here take pride in bullying and the mistreatment of others by their employees. This has been my worst experience in the workplace and professional field. I have never had to do anything like this working for a company. They are manipulative and mean people and I would never recommend to anyone to ever work in this horrible place!
