      The bid was given on May 30, 2022. The job was set to begin June 4 and be completed by June 7th. On June 18th I was still contacting you about completing the job. On June 18 you stated it would be completed that day. We waited 2 more days and had to contact you again to get the job done. In review of the bid of the job for our fence it included $1000 for demo and haul away. The job site did not get cleaned up and haul away was not completed. The fence job was sub par. The lines are crooked and wavy. The pickets are warped and immediately begin popping off. The gates are also warped and do not close appropriately. We have to hire someone to correct all the errors made and without ripping the whole job out it won't be completely corrected. We have requested they come correct the problems which they agreed to but never came. We requested a refund some of the funds that we paid in order to make right of this poorly done fence. I have pictures from immediately after the job showing warped pickets used, gaping, crooked lines. I also have multiple text messages where they said you would fix the errors. I also have messages where they kept blowing off coming to correct the job. The total was $8509.00 we agreed to half up front and half at completion of happy with job. Part way thru the job not being completed an employee told my husband they didn't have enough money to finish our job. We contacted Skylar and he admitted that. We agreed to giving him more money to get over here with all the supplies and get the job done and requested a final date. They still didn't finish the job without frequent calls and texts and they passed the agreed upon time frame.
