    Think twice before committing to an organization that will judge your business on pricing, especially if you are a franchise owner. Recently applied and was turned down because the committee believed "pricing" mattered. This, after 2 interrogations, yes, 45 minutes followed by a ************************************************************************************************************* their line of questioning. When issued raise to VP of chapter, she confirmed that "pricing" was a factor in the ultimate decision. *****, looks like an organization that has lost touch with their chapters. When I raised the issue to the owner of the Colorado Springs market, her replies were equally concerning. First, she attempted to dispute my factually based allegations, then she refused to take accountability for her chapters that she governs. Instead, her reply that "local chapters have the ability to question as they see fit"...and her last comment drove home the issue, "no we can't issue you a refund due to policy"...didn't know "policy" possessed the ability to make decisions and act in good faith. Bottom line, very few franchise owners will be able to compete for slots if "pricing" is the new deciding factor for *** Colorado Springs...
