      Have been going to Chapel Hills Vision for over 6 yrs. The last couple years that I have gone, they have messed up the billing. I receive a call stating I owe additional. I ask how that can be and I am told, sorry we were training a new person and they didn't add correctly. So frustrating. this year, I went in same thing. I was told I owed an additional $82.00. Again said they were training someone and miss calculated. I had new glasses ordered. it's been a month and still don't have them. I have text messages from the office saying they will be in the first of the week. I just reached out and they are still at the lab. This is terrible business. Yes I have paid for them in full and well as my insurance was billed. I would not recommend anyone to them. Next year I will be going else where. Tried of the bad business and basically being lied too.
