      In August of 2021, I called the mountain dispal company, and went on a waiting list for trash service. They were very clear that theyvwill not start service without first month paymentAfter a year and a half, I had mice, snakes, wild animals. I was on 40 acres, set way back about 2 miles in. I left my property, and moved out of state....I became blind during my time out there, and I am on ss.. ,waiting for disability.. i moved 2 and a half hours away in **************** in Frb ...I called a realitor, they went out to my prooerty, and told me there was a dumpster at the road...i didnt think anything of it, i didnt pay, i figured it was for a neighbor...it is a shared drivway... my property has never been cleaned, i am selling it as is the buyer has to ckear my property. This company is tryingbto bill ne for ******, for service i did not agree to...they claim, i did, which makes no sence they require payment up front before the start service...i disputed the debt, and they insusit i ordered aervice...they kept it out there for 6 months, and never picked up one load of trash. Because i did not approve the service, nor did i use it. She claims she talked to me, i am legally blind, i sent a dispute, and they insist i owe it...my property is up for sale, and the realtor can back me up...my property never had trash service...I am losing ****** because of the state of the property, did not live there when they put it out there. They can claim i talked to her till the cows come home. I can prove my residence, no one was living on my property. this is wrong, and that I was not ever out there I feel like this is fraud, please help me, they sent it to collections, and that is how I found out...It is the principal..

      *************************** called and ordered dumpster service for her property in ******************.  At the time she called was during the pandemic when equipment was scarce and hard to get. We told her that we would put her on the waiting list and when we got the equipment we would deliver it to her. When the time came that we had a dumpster available my driver called her to see if she still wanted it. She was all excited and said YES that would be wonderful. We delivered her dumpster on 11/9/22.  We had a hard time finding her location of her address because it was not marked. She told us which driveway she lived down and we placed it there.  On 11/14/22 ***** called and told us to change her address from the ** Box in ******* to her address in *****, ** because she lived in ***** 6 months out of the year and ******* the other 6 months. At that time she had ** turn on the online billing option and setup email billing. If she didnt know the dumpster was there and she didnt call then how do we have that information?  We serviced her dumpster once a month from 11/9/22 till we removed it on 3/23/23 as was the agreement. Yes, it was empty but we still had to drive the several miles to her dumpster to service it every month. We have no control or knowledge of what a customer does or doesnt put in their dumpster, we still have to drive there.  Again, if she didnt want the dumpster why did she call and setup the online bill pay and change her address?  And if she knew from her Realtor that it was there, why didnt she call and cancel it.  We never heard a word from her after she changed her address until it went to collections. It is clear that because of her personal problems she doesnt want to pay for what she ordered and approved.
