      Purchased a used table from a business. It came with original software. A tech support guy from plasma cam allowed us to download and activate a upgrade software Design Edge to my table (that was pre-purchased by a partner). The process was intense. No red flags were noticed and everything moved forward fine. 8 years later (today) my computer is old and having Ram issues. I called up plasma cam to see how we could switch the program into a new computer? I gave them my tables serial #. They then told me my computer/table was not listed as owning design edge (even though they activated it). And I was running a illegal version of Design Edge on my computer. I asked how was it illegal if they personal activated it, sent me disc updates thru the mail annually to update Design Edge software? They replied they didnt know. But they werent going to help me, sure as heck wont give me Design Edge for free a second time, and would not give me back the original plasma table software, and they made a mistake. And my only choice was to buy the Design Edge software.that they had already activated and I had been running for 8+ years. They implied that I had done something wrong and illegal, and reinforced it with attitude while not being helpful to rectify their wrong doing. I wasnt expecting anything free. Just the original software. I highly recommend not investing in Plasma Cam tables.

      I have owned a plasmacam for 13 years and it is a decent machine and system. Software and parts are overpriced. **************** is the worst I have ever had. When asked if they were going to help me resolve a problem their head tech told me "I'll think about it." Claiming that our business had to many computers and we were violating license agreement. They sell up to 30 seats and incentivise multiple purchases. He also said that file sharing was a problem yet they allow file sharing on their own website. His reasoning and argument were more emotional and ego based than logical. I am filing a small claims suit for loss of business and withholding use of a purchased product. There are better systems on the market. No option for a negative star rating so 1 star it is
