    Five Fountains *** is not managing property apt#*** concerns on the cleaning of gutters and landscape concerns that are resulting in the flooding of my personally owned townhome. I have sent emails and photos asking for a better gutter drainage system and they have not addresses my concern. My Bathroom floods every large storm and it is because the landscape outside my bathroom allows the water to drain right into my bathroom. The *** is now run with the board members and I do not have a company that oversees it. I need the BBB to help me get my landscape and the proper preventive maintenance done so my townhouse bathroom will stop flooding. We have spent our own money and time in trying to do basic things to help, bit this is not even my responsibility. The grounds are the *** responsibility . Its been A year of requesting they address these landscape resulting in flooding issues for unit #***. The photos are showing what my Daughter and Friend had to dig just to stop my bathroom from flooding, these photos were taken last year and nothing has been done permanently. We had to buy the black gutter extension our selves. My Daughter was in the rain digging this outlet because my bathroom was flooding. I am at health risk and cannot risk my bathroom developing mold due to improper draining that the *** is responsible for.

    My name is ******* and I am with Balance Bookkeeping the new property manager. I met with a landscaper today 12/10/2024 and he is drafting me a bid to present to the board to fix the flooding issue.
