This company not only attempted to repossess a vehicle that HAD THE **** REMOVED 72HRS BEFORE they found the vehicle but they also lifted the vehicle in the air with myself and my boyfriend in it. Trying to intimidate us that the cops were on their way. Only to panic and DROP the vehicle causing damage to the undercarriage once they realized I really was on the phone with the cops as we were being held against our will on top of them having to right to the vehicle in the first place. My civil attorney is going to have a field day with this one. ESPECIALLY since everything is on film.

I'm working with my lender to get in touch with the people of this company to give me my car back. They are not answering my calls, I may have to bring law enforcement into this. It's been over a week and because I "missed an appointment" (even though no appointment set time was given), I have been dealing with ***** who is aggressive, rude, unprofessional. I have contacted ********** ******************** to come with me to pick up the car.

It is May 15, 2023. This company repossessed our vehicle on May 10th in the middle of the night. When we made our full payment to retrieve our vehicle, the disgusting, vile humans on the phone informed ** that although it only took them a few minutes to tow my car away, they don't have to give me my car back for 24 hours. When I told them I absolutely will not stand for that, as we have personal belongings in the vehicle, the trash in the background yelled out "Pay your bills". They refuse to give ** the location of our personal belongings, causing ** to have to seek legal action during the most difficult times of our lives. We are a struggling family who lost our jobs, and found new ones in ******** in an attempt to make life better for our family. The loan company had ** repossessed FIVE DAYS before our first paychecks. The fact that these folks are a business and pass such strict judgement on struggling families is vile and immoral. We didn't miss payments because we felt like it. We lost our jobs. These people make a living off of the struggles of others. They can't even pay their own bills unless they're ruining someone elses life. And then to tell a struggling parent with 4 kids, trying to move across the country, who got screwed over by the loan company, waiting for their first paycheck and then PAID the bill in FULL......Absolutely sick. I will do everything in my power to make sure I get compensated for this. **** my words. I don't care if it takes me years. This is wrong and disgusting. Do better. You could be that struggling family tomorrow.

This is the biggest joke of a company I've ever had to deal with. I've worked in customer service my entire life and it takes a lot for me to get irate but **** changed the story for everything every 5 minutes and talked a completely different way to me than he did to my husband. This is a company that has a dba as Sure Shot Recovery hiding under an addiction service to hide their terrible Towing company. If you ever have to deal with this company I highly reccomend recording your conversations for proof. **** told us to call back at certain times and flipped out on us for calling when he told us to do, claiming he never fold us that in the first place. He told ** someone broke down in ******* and couldn't get our car to us after we already made the appointment to pick it up, then we finally got our loan company to call them to convince them to let go of our car and they tried to use that as an excuse instead.
