Terrific first experience! The friendly and professional team arrived on time, prepared with shoe booties to protect our flooring. They checked and cleaned a bit of lint residue in the dryer lint trap chute before proceeding to clean the vent to the exterior. They took before-and-after photos (which were provided to us), and happily answered our questions throughout the process. They cleaned up all stray lint that fell on the landscaping during the vacuuming. They emphasized the need for annual vent cleaning, stressing that it was the biggest cause of home fires in the state. We would not hesitate to call on Planet Duct again.

Had ***** and **** out to clean blocked dryer vent on roof. Did a great job of cleaning out lent in dryer as well as roof vent. Explained everything and were pleasant to interact with. Were careful with equipment and cleaned up lint afterwards. Will use again and would recommend their service!Planet Duct
