    I had found this place when looking for vacation things to do with our family. I booked the room on May 20, 2024 had it for 8 people it was the splatter room where you throw paint around etc. I paid with my debt card that day for a total of $212.00 the booking number through the company is #*********. I then got an email on May 29th stating that my booking had been canceled by the company due to staffing issues and having to rehire and retrain people. So I emailed back and said I understood I would just like a refund so that I can take that money and do something else with my family. They refused to give me a refund. I had several emails back and forth stating that it's their policy for no refunds. I explained to them I understood that but I wasn't the one canceling the booking your company was due to lack of employees which I am not at fault for. They offered me a $100 gift card to go with my tickets when they reopened in the middle of June which we would no longer be there nor were we planning to return any time soon in the near future. They agreed with me and refused to give me a refund for my tickets. I am back in ***** as of June 9, 2024, and do not plan to return to Colorado to use the credit for when and if they do reopen.

    We are open for buisness, the policies are displayed at purchase, in email confirmations as well and agreed upon by checkbox at check out All sales are final, all refunds go to gift card. They never expire.
