    I placed an order on Jan 5 2021 for my arcade. I have not gotten a single update or response regarding my purchase. *** sent several emails and left voicemails for ******* however I have not received any contact. They do not even have the link on their site to show their current production list. There are more reputable companies out there. They scammed me out of $900.00 and will not respond to my attempts to make contact. Go elsewhere for your gaming needs.

    Playtime Custom Arcades is legit. The finished product is better than any other custom arcade machine offered for purchase. The build quality, the custom vinyl artwork, the sound system, the computer running the whole thing, the vast quantity of games/systems, the front-end, the ease of operation are all unparalleled. Granted, the wait time from order to delivery is substantial because it's such a small operation. If you can stomach that, what you get is SO worth the price of admission. Do yourself a favor and get one of these machines!
