What we have been through with this business is just plain abuse and extortion. Words cannot explain the anguish this business has caused me and my family. I am a school teacher and my husband is a veteran going to trade school, so money is tight for us.- On July 31, 2023 we dropped off his truck for a new ************ ($3855.00)- August 14, 2023 we picked it up. - May 8, 2024 (less than 1 year) the ************ goes out so we go back to **************, they tell us it needs a new transfer seal case and we argues back and forth and finally they agree since its been less than a year. - July 11, 2024, two months later!! We get the truck back, they claimed it was a shipping delay. It just also happened to eat up time, so our warranty would run out. - August 29, 2024 (3 weeks later, 15 days after the 1 year mark) ************ goes out again for a cracked bell housing, we go back to **** and Son, who tells us we need another new ************! Our truck sits dead in their parking lot for months while we argue with them. Until eventually they tell us to come get the truck towed or they would tow it to the impound. Legally there is nothing we can do, not that we could afford to anyway. So they took our money, killed our vehicle, and put us in debt, and they get away with all of it because the system fails people like us. ??

We sincerely regret that you feel your experience with us has been so frustrating. At **************, we always aim to provide transparent and fair service to all our customers. We value your familys ********************** as a veteran and your work as an educator and treat all our guests equally, regardless of ************* clarify the details of your situation:The Transmission Installation: The transmission installed in your vehicle was a used transmission, clearly documented to come with a 6-month/6,000-mile warranty. This was thoroughly explained at the time of service.May 2024 Visit: When you returned almost a year later, we inspected the vehicle and found the transmission was low on fluid due to a leak. To support you, we replaced the transmission oil pan gasket at no charge as a goodwill gesture.Transmission and Transfer Case Misalignment: During this inspection, we also found that all but one of the bolts between the transmission and the transfer case had been removed. This caused a misalignment, which led to the transfer case seal leaking. This issue likely resulted from work done outside our shop, as it was not present when we initially worked on the vehicle.August 2024 Visit: On this visit, the transmission was full of fluid and dry, but the bell housing was cracked. Despite the original 6-month warranty having expired, we contacted the supplier of the used transmission to advocate for you. Unfortunately, they denied the claim because the warranty period had passed. We communicated this with your husband multiple times and left messages, which we have on record, as well as a text message response from him acknowledging the situation and indicating he planned to tow the vehicle. We understand how frustrating and difficult this situation has been for you. However, the timeline and evidence show that we made every effort to support you, including performing additional repairs at no charge and advocating with the transmission supplier on your ********* a company, we take pride in serving all members of our community. The owner is a veteran, and many members of our leadership team are actively involved in supporting local schools and organizations. We greatly appreciate veterans, first responders, and educators, and we strive to treat everyone with the same respect and care.We hope this clarifies the situation and the steps we took to assist you. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if youd like to discuss this further

They broke a part on my car Im sure of it and then wanted to charge me to fix a very expensive part. I think they must work on commission to get more money in their pockets. I dont trust this company

The General Manager spoke with *** and cleared up the confusion regarding the recommended repair and failed part. We also gave her a refund for the inspection fee as a goodwill gesture. She agreed to take her review down as the issue has been resolved.

Most awful experience I've ever had with an automotive shop. They took 2 day to get back to me, even though I had come in already knowing what was wrong & convaid the information to them. Then, after I decided to take my car elsewhere, they had the audacity to charge $180 for their "evaluation" without being upfront about the initial inspection cost. Never going back, & I highly suggest you steer clear as well.

**** and ***'s told us there would be a free diagnostic. We also needed the vehicle back in a matter of a couple of hours and they said they could do that. 8 hours later they charge us over 200 dollars for a diagnostic.
