    We had booked this facility for 3 days in Dec 2022 with *************************,(1) Whenever you call her dont expect her to call you back even after leaving several messages.(2) She doesnt open the venue on time when agreed upon.(3) In order to open on time so that our caterer could start she extorted $400 extra cash from us.(4) She was drinking our high end wine while our function was going on.(5) She refused to give us our $700 deposit claiming things were missing when in the 1st place there was nothing of the venues you could even use.Furthermore she was unable to give me a detailed list of what was missing.Please be aware of this unprofessional & unethical behavior of *************************, She made our functions very stressful.

    Hello,

     

    I am in receipt of your letters, both arriving today, Monday January 23, 2023.

     

    As he said they booked a three day event. What he did not mention is that I rented our facility for a considerable amount less than our normal rental fee.

     

    Our agreement was that the caterers would come in at various times within those three days. At the beginning of the first day after the caterers arrived, everything went smoothly. During the actual event that evening, which also went smoothly, his wife asked me if it would be possible for me to come in at 6:00am. I said no because it was to early considering we would have to be here till 11 or **************************************** to. That is when their decorator asked me if they were to give me money for coming in extra early. She said no worries she would take care of it. At the end of this days event , his wife gave me $100.00. The next day, again the evening went smoothly. Yet again, I was asked to come in early at 6:00am, because the caterers were to prepare some other meal. Again his wife begged me, she gave me an additional $200.00 for my inconvenience. I was here both times at 6:00am and on the second day the caterer did not show up until 8:30 or so. I did not extort money from anyone, it was offered. I even offered to give him the money back and he told me he did not want it back.

     

    As for me drinking his high end wine as he puts it, our bartender was so busy, that I had to get behind the bar to help her. So no, I did not drink his wine. However, the open bottles were offered to us at the end of the night. His guests kept insisting that they could help out but our bar is not big enough for three. His caterer kept giving his staff shots throughout the night.

     

    In regards to the Center not being opened on time, unfortunately since I do manage the building, the responsibility is mine, though it was my assistant who was supposed to open the building up for them.

     

    The caterers did bring in their own supplies, but did use our kitchen, stove and anything that was readily available to them. Our kitchen is up to par is useable and clean.

     

    They never once complained about how the events were going. They always told us, how wonderfully smooth it all went.

     

    He is upset that I refused to give him back the $700.00 deposit, which I could have handled it differently. He even mentioned that he doesnt want that money back either.

     

    I am not certain why hes attacking me personally, I do the best I can for all my clients. He is no different.
