    I had a beautiful deck built at my business at a fantastic price in a timely manner. I have had nothing but the best experiences in my few years of contracting out with this company and owner. I think there's definitely more to the story with the previous review. Even the language and hostility of the Shua reviewer raises questions with words like, "audacity" and "testy" and "fired" and going to the BBB site to try and ruin the man's livelihood and business let alone firing and not paying the man is super questionable. I highly recommend Viable Sustainability and have to many people as well and I'm a respected business person in this community.

    At first my deck project seemed pretty straight forward and would only take 5 days to complete. However the owner who does his own work was unreliable with his time commitment and I did pay 50% upfront. Then he did not show up when he said he would and 2 .5 weeks later wanted another$1000 to start back up after finishing 1/2the job and not even to our original specifications!!! Then had the audacity to get testy with my wife and myself ion our own property. Needless to say he was fired and I had to get someone else to finish the job for me. Definitely would not recommend!!! I would rather pay twice the price for reliable and professional service!!
