    5/12/2020 I had sandblast and powder coat of 6 chairs, 1 table, 1 lounge chair, and 3 small tables with pickup and deliver for $1,140. The owner said this powder coat should last 8 to 10 years. After 2 years I notice wear off of the coating. Approximately summer of 2022, I contacted the company receptionist about wear through of the powder coat. The owner came to my home, inspected the items, and said it was a warrantee issue. He said his employee put too thin a powder coat on the pieces. The owner verbally said they would redo all the pieces. However, he mentioned he had to get a driver, and would pick them up once he did. After approximately two months without contact from the company (now Fall 2022), I called and spoke to the receptionist. The receptionist said they expected they could fix the furniture soon. I wasn't in a rush as I don't use the furniture in fall and winter. More time went by without contact from the business. In January ******************************************************************************************* I continued to make periodic calls to the company and left voicemails from February to April 2023. At this point, they weren't answering my phone calls, nor my voicemails. After no response from an early May voicemail, I was concerned the company had gone out of business. There had been no human contact with them for four months (since January 2023.) I decided to personally go to the company offices to see if they were still in business. They were. I spoke with the receptionist. She looked at her computer call records, saw my recent call and said they would get back with me soon. This showed they were actually receiving my calls and voicemails. I have had no response from this in-person visit for the last month. I believe warrantee redo of my furniture will not happen as they have not done anything in the last 10 months. My last resort recourse is for the company to fully refund my $1,140.00.
