    Buyer beware as this company is absolutely terrible. We paid nearly $10,000 for window treatments. We paid extra to have them shipped from ****** instead of ***** so that they would arrive early (about 6 weeks). They do no schedule installs until the product arrives, and they were 3 weeks out when our product arrived. That is not something I was told about before giving them my money. Only two windows were correct. The shutters were ordered were either incorrectly made or ordered incorrectly - fault of Budget Blinds. I was told the reorder would be expedited and we would be given priority for the installation. I was also told it would take about 3 weeks. After waiting one month, I called and was told that the items had been received and were damaged; therefore another order was placed. I asked why no one called to tell me this had happened. They had no explanation. On another note, we have friends that live about 25 minutes away from us. Recently we found out that they had ordered a full house of window treatments and have spent about 6 months with constant problems from Budget Blinds as well. I had only ever done business with ********** for window treatments before this experience. I truly wish I had contacted them as Budget Blinds has been a complete disaster and we are still living with the temporary paper window coverings that they installed. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

    Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We deeply regret hearing about the issues you encountered and apologize for the inconvenience caused. We understand how frustrating delays and communication lapses can be, especially when they impact your home. Our goal is always to provide top-notch service and high-quality products, and it's clear we fell short in your case. Unfortunately, there was some oversight lost on your project because the person who managed it from the start no longer works at Budget Blinds. The initial experience you had with errors is one of the reasons why she no longer works here. Sadly, we were not made aware of other issues until this person left our employ. This is not an excuse, but rather a reason some of the communication with you was impacted. Additionally, while we can control a lot of this process, we cannot control manufacturer quality and the carrier's shipping. Once we discovered shipping damage on the replacement shutter, we immediately processed an expedited remake. Due to the aforementioned departure and/or failure of one of our employees to properly communicate, you were not immediately informed of this additional delay.As an A+ rated company with the Better Business Bureau we take this seriously. We are actively reviewing your project to understand where things went wrong. We will address any processes and procedures to make sure that this type of challenge does not happen again. Although this does not change things for you, your feedback will assist us in helping others in our community. Finally, though we do thank you for your candid feedback, we would have appreciated direct communication before posting this public review. To ask the community not to do business with us hurts our locally owned and operated family business and our small staff of dedicated employees. If that was your goal, we certainly hope you do not achieve it since we care deeply about excellence, customer care and serving the people we live around.We appreciate your patience and hope to restore your trust in us should you ever elect to give us an opportunity to work in your home again.
