    On February 13, 2024, I placed an order for a $89.00 jacket. As of today, 4/29/2024- I still can not get any further information as to when the jacket will be shipped. They have chosen to ignore emails and give me vague responses as to when I can expect the item. I have asked for a full cash refund and they have not responded. When I placed the order there was no communication that it would take more than 10 weeks to recieve the item. I also don't appreciate that I had to continually reach out and ask about the item, customer service would make it their responsibility to update me on a purchase I made that is taking longer than expected. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service and want my money back. There was no compassion or empathy or any attempt at making it right. I feel ignored and dismissed after spending hundreds of dollars at this boutique. I just want to be reimbursed for the jacket at this point. The vendor of said jacket is a popular vendor at multiple boutiques and no other boutique that I have shopped at has taken this significant amount of time to fulfill an order.
