    I purchased a software called **** III. Our system was never fully installed and crashes constantly. I was forced into support from implementation before my system was done being installed and started paying for support. Our system keeps going down and Bold Group/Evercommerce will not help us. We were told to move to another software of theirs after spending $5100 on the software alone. Not including the support cost. We cant afford to move to the software they are trying to push us to. We spent all we had on the software we purchased in May/June 2022. This issue is ongoing and was being handled by the *** prior to her dismissal from the company. Now its dead silence.
