    Bought new ****** from *********. Bought the window tint and clear bra with extended warranty 5 year. Been a year and the bra just started tearing . ********* told us to take it to rmtint make a appointment and they would replace it since it under warranty. Guess what RMTINT said it's not warranty because we washed the car . Poor job putting the bra on or Poor material I would say .so otherwise they don't guarantee the work and make excuses. We used the same car wash forever no problems with the other vehicles. ****** also tried telling me that they said not to use the car wash power washer, what they told me when I picked the car up was not to wash or use windex or roll up windows for 7 days. I'm sure almost all the people has common sense not to spray a power washer up close. So when you buy a new vehicle buyer beware warranty doesn't mean nothing to RMTINT. Oh yea Rmtint also will tell you bubbles are caused by washing also .so BUYERS beware and ask what warranty is covered.

    First off, I would like to say that this is not even this man's vehicle, it is his son's. Secondly, I am the General Manager here and when ******************** was on the phone with my employee cursing and screaming at him, I tried to take the call off of my employees hands. I do not like when customer's feel it is ok to talk that way to my employees and will not tolerate it. Even after this, I tried to get on the phone with this guy and he hung up. I was going to take care of the warranty on my end for his son. Yes the warranty is not covered when one power washes their vehicle and blow water underneath it. When customers pick up the care instructions clearly state do not power wash. If the actual customer would like to come and get his bumper redone, I am happy to do that providing his father take down the review he put on ****** about us that was not true.

    Transaction date 05/28/2024 Amount $1,750 I hired RM window tint , and SBG auto detail( I believe they are same company)to perform paint correction and ceramic coating to my 2023 Corvette. They color sanded car before ceramic coat and never polished out the color sand scratches. The car looks horrible . I have been trying to get this corrected this since May. They refuse to fix the damage to my car. Im tired of dealing with them and seek full refund, and Ill take it elsewhere to have damage they caused repaired

    This customer left with his vehicle, paid the bill, and approved the work. He came back a few days later with a buffer **** on his vehicle, which we cleaned up and he was completely happy with the job done. He even came to our car show that weekend and was showing off his vehicle and the work we did. I do not know what he is using to clean off the dust on his vehicle, but in my experience it looks to be from a car duster wand.He was happy with the job when left and now wants to blame it on us that there are scratches on his vehicle  now 4 months later. He even called the manufacturer on a recorded line asking them to commit insurance fraud with this matter. So no, we will not be issuing a refund for this customer.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    First of all, I didnt ask his supplier to commit insurance fraud. I asked them to repair my car under the seven warranty that came with the ceramic coating. They wont cover it under warranty because of the poor job RM window tint did on my car. I  have been trying to get RM to fix the sand scratches all summer. I did take my car to their show, but wasnt happy with my car and took it back the following week. I have taken car back numerous times, and they give me the run around about feather duster scratching it. I have never used a feather duster and dont even own one. I took my car to another shop for their opinion. They said scratches are from color sanding, and a bad job polishing. They also pointed out other issues, areas that are missing the ceramic coating, and the coating put over bugs on front bumper. They also informed me they repaired several cars RM worked on. They wont repair the damage they did to my car, therefore I need my money refunded.

    2/21/23, tinted my 2023 Kia ********* with Layered tint to achieve a certain darkness that the sales person said he could do with no issues. I was charged $450 for this service. I paid cash. Upon delivery, the tint had bubbles inside the layers of tint which wasnt explained to me upon drop off. I brought it back in be fix on 3/21/23 in which I was told they would take off the tint and re-tint the vehicle which they only re-tinted 2 of the windows when the bubbles was on all the tint. When I spoke to the sales person(****) he told me there is no warranty on the tint and there is nothing more he could do and its basically my problem. This company is completely unprofessional and has no desire to keep their word or fix the issues but takes money. They have lots of bad reviews on many forums about how they do business. I would like a full refund because I will have to pay to have the tints taken off and redone. The bubbles are very small and hard to see on pictures but you can see them in person. They also never had me sign any paperwork stating there was no warranty on layered work. **** at Motor City in South **************** is who I worked with and he is terrible! He stated things that werent true and lied completely and wont make this right.
