      We used them at the recommended carpet cleaners from our landlord ******************* ****** We were only provided two companies. This company charged extra for pet stain removal and then the landlord turned around and charged us again and is keeping our deposit. The work was not adequately performed and they offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. I would like this company to refund my money as they were well aware of the expectations of the landlord.

      We have left a message with the customer. We are unaware of any double charges or any fees from the landlord. We are happy to reach out to the landlord and see what the issue is at the discretion of **************** if she wishes to give us their contact information. If there is something that was needed recleaning we offer that at not cost. We do not have any say over her deposit and are not given any additional incentives to charge extra than what we usually charge for this type of work. We hope to take care of this in anyway needed.
