    I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Big O Tires. My experiences have been nothing short of frustrating and misleading.First Visit: I took my *********************** for service and was told that the front axle needed replacement. Suspecting something was off, I sought a second opinion and was informed that the axle was perfectly fine. It seems that the initial diagnosis was either a mistake or a deliberate attempt to overcharge.Second Visit: On my second visit, I was told they couldnt repair my tire because there was a supposed law stating they couldnt touch a tire that was 10 or more years old. This claim turned out to be false, as there is no such law. It felt like another tactic to avoid providing proper service.Third Visit: The final straw was my third visit with my 2016 Mini ******. They claimed that the tire tread was at 2/32 and that we needed new tires. However, after requesting a printout because the tires were still under warranty, they miraculously rechecked the tire tread and found it to be at 6/32, which was acceptable. Despite this, they still refused to fix the nail holes in the tire, claiming the nail was sideways and then tried to sell us a new set of tires.Overall, it felt like a series of scams to upsell unnecessary repairs and products. I would not recommend Big O Tires based on these experiences.
