I don't know ************, but she's correct: Thrive is up to something shady with money. They demand payment for A LOT of treatment up front, and then mess around with schedules and discounts (which you're offered but are rescinded once they start s******* around with moving and cancelling appointments and delaying, delaying, delaying refunds and confusing, confusing, confusing schedules). They say things like re-exams are routine, for everyone, and free. But check your bills if you go there! They will "forget" about what was supposed to be free and what was supposed to be discounted, and steal your money. Dr. ******* husband, ***************************, is an investment dude with a lot of buttons on his own website for idiots who simply want to click and give him money to play with. He's also Thrive's co-owner. My guess is that he's the impetus for Thrive's thievery.

We've looked into ************'s complaint, and found she left out a few pieces to her story. We refunded 100% of any money ***** and her 3rd party paid, which means that we went into the negative, by hundreds of dollars, paying for *********** and supplements, not to mention all of our staff's time. That is not customary in health care. Yet, ***** is accusing us of shady business practices. We likely have different definitions. **************, we do care about you and hope you find the health care clinic that is right for you. Typically, we charge for services. We have ***** staff members at that clinic and we have more natural health care services than likely any clinic of its kind in **************** and possibly ********. Insurance companies commonly do not pay for natural health care solutions (like they don't pay for gym memberships and salads), and the state ***** happens to be one of the worst in the country when it comes to insurance reimbursement. That's regrettable for all of us Coloradans, because it means we must often pay out-of-pocket for discretionary health care, and as ************** pointed out, sometimes that is by "credit cards." Many people don't like Colorado's lack of insurance support. We understand. We tried to please *****. We found that difficult. These are some of the comments ***** sent to our office: "tape his mouth shut...don't have stupid, lying employees asking dumb questions...STOP SWITCHING SH_T UP...a long meandering, stupid conversation...Dumb question...Get stupid monument out of waiting room. Is the 'unhappy meal' there for the sole purpose of confusing and depressing patients who have come to heal? If so, congratulations! That eyesore is bothersome during long waits in the waiting room, and now figures prominently in my bad dreams." [We keep a happy meal behind glass that never degrades due to its preservatives, because it is a reminder that you are what you eat.]Surprisingly, she also wrote, "************************ is awesome" and that she liked **************. We'll pass the compliments along. If we were to guess as to what happened here, we'd say that it might be an oil/water business relationship. ************** has her complaints, and honestly, we don't work with patients who treat and talk to our employees this way - the very people trying to help others through difficult health situations. If that is how ***** felt, we should have refunded her much sooner; likely the first time she wrote to tape someone's mouth shut. The reason we did not, is because our staff does care for people who are wanting health care help. We tried to work with ************** to get to solutions. We were unsuccessful. As far as Dr. ****** husband; who goes to a doctor and then slanders her husband (whom ************ does not know) on the internet? ************** has been caught calling other unrelated businesses Dr. ****** husband works for trying to pose as a customer. Who does that?********************** ****** Systems has created 1000s of health care success stories. Regrettably, some people are more sick than others; and we offer 0 guarantees of improvement, meaning for some people, they will not get better. Some people come for 2nd opinions, some people are referred to surgery, some people come whenever they want to, and some people spend $1000s of dollars to get well, and often times that is undesirable news. But, for many people, they are thrilled to find a solution. It is our doctors' jobs to tell bad news sometimes, along with the costs of the bad news, and offer ways to get healthier, for those who want to get healthier, naturally. Surgery, injections, and pills are always an option, and one we sometimes encourage. Getting healthy the natural way usually requires more time involvement, and insurance often does not pay. We researched ****** negative comments on other sites about lackluster business practices and there were some. ***** was given a free massage after complaining and it was mistakenly charged to her. She was also scheduled wrong. These were wrong acts that inflamed an already tenuous working relationship. However, these were found to be mistakes and not shady, lying, or stealing business practices.

They should be Called thieves. They came up with a plan to help me for 735$ a month. Doctor said I seemed like a person that didnt like spending money on myself.. asked if I had major credit card. They try and persuade you in different ways to sign a ridiculous contract. I was so disappointed in Dr ****** behavior.

We're sorry that you did not enjoy your experience. We are not sure what your expectation was... it seems that it wasn't for a "plan" to help you, and not for that pricepoint. We hope you found a solution that worked for you. We care about getting people better, not about getting them to agree to ridiculous contracts, and it seems that wasn't conveyed in our communication with you, and we apologize for that.
