    this transaction of $20,000 was made October 5th at a $997 workshop paid prior to coming. They speak of all the value and services you will recieve from them telling you they will do it for you and help you craft your talk. This is really about them getting money from then on the next class I got in was on Nov 8 & 9 the class was over crowded so their was a minimum time to try and get the information in with a 1 on 1 coach, then the next month after a 1 day class they start taking payments out of $1,697 I had not even spoken with a person to help me or had I complete the talk that I am still waiting to get back all the time I am still spending money and this has been with no real value or service that they promoted so much I asked to cancel not a refund and they told me I could not cancel I only had 72 hours to cancel something I never heard of and if I would have then I knew I would not have spent $20,000 in such a short period of time with no way to check out anything about the promising services they promoted. I was told that I would be contacted later to talk about the work shop and the work shop date. That never happened. I had to reach back out to them after spending a ton of money like this. I have spent alot of money I have asked them not to charge my card any further and to cancel. I thought this service was as they stated ******* they promoted the christianity roots something alot of people their believed in that were in the audience. I did go to their classes this is the only reason I agree to count it as a loss for me with all the money I have spent from the 10x stages on demand meetings. I do not wish to continue any further service, and i have sent an email and to them to request cancellation on 1/25/24.

    I am rejecting this response because: This case complaint has taken a complet turn to something more in depth and concerning. They violated my privacy and charged a credit card that I never recieved or had the #'s to. I have no clue as to how they got the # to this new card that I didn't have and when I spoke with the bank's fraud investigation department they told me this was a professional hack. I immediately responded to them letting them know about this, and the violation of my privacy before taking this further, and I have not heard from the *** *********************** whom they said they have forwarded my oncerns to. The bank immediately cancelled this card that they were able to charge that was never in my hands. I have also sent other reciepts for reimbursement that I had to pay dealing with their business, and those have not been paid yet. I have emails to them about all this and my #1 concern my privacy being violated and nothing has been done yet to rectify this.

    Our *** spoke with this client on 8/12/2024 and provided the full assurance that we are taking this matter seriously and are performing a full investigation. 

    A resolution / outcome / response is not possible yet because we are still gathering and reviewing everything so that our CEO can again respond in an intelligent and useful way. 

    This matter is being fully investigated and the client will be updated by the *** when a resolution is able to be shared, which should be soon, but investigations of this nature can take a bit more time than 24 hours.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I appreciate the efforts of the investigation on their end to find out what has taken place within their business organization, but the bank advised me what they say happened, and this is what I have to go by from their statement "it's professional hacking." My personal information was gained an unauthorized card charged, and funds were recieved by 10x stages.  I don't know how it happened, but the fact is it happened. I have sent over the remainder invoices the *** *********************** has agreed she had no problem with refunding on our call and what she asked me as to what I thought was fair for a resolution going through this ordeal. I have sent over everything to the *** that was I was asked. I am hoping to have a peaceful resolution to the unlawful situation that has occured. I am waiting for a response from *********

    Our company has done our very best to investigate and respond to this customer. In our investigation, what we found was that credit card companies and payment processors have a long-standing practice of auto-updating cards on file when they are replaced for recurring charges (i.e.: ******** gym memberships, etc.). The service being provided to this customer fell into that category. Our company had nothing to do with that update but was being not only falsely accused but had a complaint with "professional hacking" lodged against it here on the BBB.

    We provided the customer with this information: ***************************************************************************** - The section titled "How do some businesses automatically receive my updated card info?" and ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** The section titled "Automatic Card Updates". 

    After verifying this info with her bank directly, the customer ********************** out and communicated to us on 2/15/2024: "Hi ****, ... I am just relieved no one did what they originally said, and once again I extend my apology..."

    We have requested this customer remove the complaint from ******************** as there was no fraudulent activity at all on our part.

    On May 22, 2022, I purchased a product package from Advance Your Reach for $97. It was a book launch for *****************, a popular internet author. This was to get 2 copies of the book at launch. It's been over 3 months, and I haven't received the delivery.I've sent multiple emails to AYR, and they simply haven't gotten the job done. It's been a collective of placating email responses and no results. I asked for a refund, and they simply tried to run me through the same process that delayed me before.This is a simple case of taking money and not delivering a good or service. I'm sure the owner of the company, *********************, doesn't want to be stealing from people. I'm sure that's against his values and belief system. Yet, that's what's happened here.3 Months is too long.It seems like I can't get through the noise at AYR to get someone to deliver the product or refund my money. At this point, the books are available on Amazon.com. So, there are plenty of books there.https://www.amazon.com/Power-One-More-Ed-Mylett/dp/1119815363/This was handled poorly by AYR. I just want a refund now.
