    This is not a business you want to purchase a computer from. I purchased a computer from Tech For Less that had a one year extend warranty from ***. The **** warranty was not valid due to be resold. After 6 months, the computer failed to power up. I contacted the seller and they referred me to ***. After a couple days, *** denied the claim. Stated, **** should repair. Tech for less provided a confirmation number which should have resolved the issue. Two days later I followed up and CPS instructed me to seek out a local repair shop and get an estimate. I immediately did so and emailed the invoice estimate to CPS. Two days later I followed up and they said my claim was denied again because the computer had been repaired. I told them it had not been repaired and to look up the definition of estimate. They then said I had to pick up the computer and send it directly to them. I advised them that would cost me $60 for the diagnostic fee. They refused to pay that fee. I have instructed the local shop here in **********, ** to proceed with the repair. If you fell I was treated fairly, then feel free to patronize CPS. I also reached out to Tech for Less and they have refused any monetary relief. Where I come from, I got $400 worth of education.

    Ordered a $1,600 television from these guys in open box condition ******** The Frame). Got the television and get this, it's missing THE MAIN CABLE that makes the television work. And also the REMOTE CONTROL. Like, not insignificant things, these are things that are absolutely critical There's no excuse for these to be missing, but it's clear that nobody in their company is doing an ounce of quality control These guys are also unreachable on the weekend. I'm now out the cost of an installer since they made the trip to come install the *** will have open walls for several days now until this gets rectified and I get the missing cable At this point I'm concerned about these guys even supplying the missing items, either in a reasonable timeframe or potentially at all. Hence the "borderline" scam. Will keep folks posted, but as the saying goes "What's cheap ends up being expensive"

    30 Day return starts when you purchase the item, not delivery.I bought a tv from this company that arrived with a crack, but because of delays in shipping I was not able to find this out till after my 30 days was complete because this starts when on the date of your invoice and not on date of pickup. They refused to help at all and I am currently disputing with my credit card. Their shipping also leaves something to be desired because if you don't pay extra they deliver at the end of your driveway, even if your house is a half mile down the road and its raining. Pay the extra with someone else and don't deal with this hassle.

    Sorry to hear of your troubles. We have thousands of happy customers that we have shipped TVs to since ****. And we tell every customer that the shipping company only gives us 5 days to alert them to shipping damage. The 30 day return policy is for product defects, not damage in shipping. While we obviously cant see what a shipping company does on delivery, we do have the same contract others have with freight carriers and that is threshold delivery, meaning at your door as someone has to sign for the delivery. The extra payment options would be for delivery inside the home and help unpacking.
