    8-5-22 To whom it concerns:I brought my laptop computer for repair service on June 9 2022. Total cost for repairs and services was $135.33 and I paid $70.33 Dlls for the initial and parts, with a balance of $ 65 Dlls. Waiting time to get a response for the status of my service was more than a month, on July 2022 I called the business and I could not get hold of any body. The phone message its saying please check the number you dial and try again later **************. I drove to the Business location and I found out that the business was closed permanently. I didnt received any prior notice from them of what happened. I NEED my computer back and my MONEY back. I do have proof of payment receipt.     I purchased 2 computer systems for my children and had a 3rd system investigated for problems. To nearly 2 years to get the system repaired and never received the 2 special build PCs after one year waiting. Requested a refund and was promised it would be refunded, however, he closed shop and shut down all forms of contact. This is a $2000 refund he stole.

    On october of 2021, I pre paid Front Range Technologies $150.00 to repair a baby blue hewlet packard computer and the owner said the computer would be repaired in a week or 2. I contacted him after a few weeks, he said he would have it done shortly...No repair, no notification, nothing. I kept contacting every several weeks , waiting for parts then it would be repaired....Outright lies.....He never attempted to contact me.....His excuses ranged from waiting for parts again and again to I just contacted the virus to everntually in January I will simply fix your and replace all the laptop parts, another lie.....In may I contacted him, he sounded preocuppied and told me again that he would fix it......Now, nothing - his shop has closed, I am out $150 for nothing fixed, and he never contacted me to let me retrieve my non fixed computer and my cord from ******* that I had bought for about $30. I want to know what my options are, if any.....I will NEVER prepay anyone for services not rendered and want to know if I can get my money back and my computer and cord back if possible. This man should never be in business elsewhere, he is NOT ethical. Thank you....
