    These guys are the worst -- they are NOT FastLane Computer -- they bought the contracts and have run the company into the ground. Did not perform the contracted work and also automatically renewed annual maintenance subscription without consent. I'm sending my last disputed invoice from 2020 today and warning you not to use them. Buyer Beware!

We have many very satisfied customers and would love to have counted your company among them, but it appears that communication issues *** prevent our working together in the future.I've investigated the history of your service, and we can document that all services were fully provided for outstanding invoices, but that balances have remained unpaid for some time. In fact, we provided services in good faith at the time in advance of collecting payment for prior invoices.I also see records that we have tried reaching you via e-mail and phone many times to improve communication and come to an arrangement, but we have received no reply until recently.
