    ******* came out to redo my driveway in Nov of 2023, had stated the tree limbs creating issues would be screened off so they would no longer grow which was clearly NOT done as I have roots still growing on the side of my driveway. I noted around end of April or beginning of May that I have LARGE CRACKS in my steps that he poured with his crew and I notified him June 5th of the cracking and he told me he would come on that weekend to look at it. I have texted approx 5 separate times and I have called NUMEROUS times with NO RESPONSE. I am having other contractors come out to look at what the issue is and once I pay to have it fixed as it SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED BY ******* BUT HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE/ABILITY TO HONOR HIS WORK IS JUNK ! I have one concrete contractor who is being charged for shoddy work I guess this will be the second I will report. Such a disappointment to deal with shady c*** contractors. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT WARRANTY WORK
