    This company should not be working with Special Needs clients. Poor customer service relations. They havecan excuse for everything and dont comply with thier own company polocies.

    The Common Roots staff was assisting another client at the time of your phone call and was not able to return your call until after she was done working with the other client. We do our best to return calls promptly. We value good communication at Common Roots.
