    We paid $768 to Masterdrive for our son to receive online driving education as well as the required instructor lessons to get his drivers license. My son took the online driving instruction. We also added him to a waitlist to take an additional skid driving course, but he was unable to attend. We were not aware that there was a cost associated with this course (It was supposed to be included in our initial cost). Our son is supposed to get his drivers license this September. He has to have a certain amount of hours with an instructor before he can do that. When we called to schedule these instruction hours that we have already paid for, they said that we owe them $75 as a penalty because he did not attend the skid class And they will not schedule him for his lessons until we pay this fee. They said it is a fee for taking a spot, but not coming to class. This was never explained to us when my husband called to put him on the waitlist for the class. And we were under the impression that the course itself was included in our driving package. Now they are refusing to render services that we already paid for. They will not even schedule him for the classes that he has to take. When we asked to speak to a manager, they refer us to her voicemail and she never calls us back. We have left four voicemails.My last call to them requested that they either schedule us and render the services that we paid for or reimburse us the money that we paid, but did not receive services for. Again, they transferred me to a managers voicemail, and I have not gotten a callback. I really believe this is a problem of miscommunication on their part at the forefront of scheduling the skid class, Which we would be happy to overlook and move forward. But their refusal to discuss this with us and address The issue is unacceptable. Its unprofessional to not call back. And its completely dishonest and deceptive to take our money and refused to render the services that we paid for.

    Paid for services 01/2022 which included a package deal of drive instructions classroom time and drive Coach hours (6). Services were rendered for the classroom instruction. I had a concern about the instructor. He was inappropriate with comments toward the stufend which were students around the age of 15 (adolescent learners). I made a phone complaint to ****** wondering if we could have another time or instructor for future lessons due to my child feeling uncomfortable and unable to ask questions in the class, due to fear of being made fun of by the instructor. ****** stated, nobody has ever complained about him and he is one of our best instructors. I asked for a name, and it was not provided. The Instructors are on screen with the Master Drive name and not their actual name. Fast forward to 07/22 my son received his permit and is now ready for drive coaching however, ****** informed us that it would be 6 weeks apart due to a shortage of staff and overwhelming amount of students. I became irritated and then asked about services for my special needs adult daughter and was told that again, there is no availability. I then hung up and called 1 week later to ask about a refund option. I was then told I would get my money back but no reason was given for why I am no longer receiving services which I paid for and the refund is not comparable to the rate of drive coaching. I was told that we should part ways due to my concerns I had. It seems they are overwhelmed with students and are now putting a strain on our family by not refunding the comparable amount to afford service else where. This is why Inquired about it before making a decision. I asked to speak to management and was told no and no names were given, you do not need to know that. I was hung up on and no answers to voicemails and no return of my money at this time. I would like a full refund due to paying for a full service.
