      This is a good program for the people in need if it was ran right. I have been on the list for 4yrs now, I finally received a call back at the end of October saying that I was next on the list. Relieved knowing that my emergency heating nightmare was finally over. I am a single dad to a baby and a 9 and 15yr old. So my concern in having this done before winter was important to me. Although that is not what has happened. Let me just say this, The out reach program in sterling ******** has failed my self and my children. They started the work and has never finished. November ****************************************** March 2025 and I'm still waiting. The communication with the manger is horrible. He tells me one thing and then does not remember telling me. He then gives me an excuse that he has a lot of steps that he has to go through to get services done. I have already been through the necessary steps and with that being said I have waited too long from the time they started the work and now never finshed thanks for reading my complaint. *******.
