on June 29th 2022 I made an appointment at amazing lash studio of **************** to get lash extensions done and during my appointment the lash tech had pinched my eyelid and also glued eyelashes to my skin. I had told the tech that something didn't feel right and I was in pain and she told mw it was probably because I wasn't used to them and gave me some eye drops. I leave and my eye is in so much pain so I call the salon back and talk to ********* who claimed she was the franchise owner and I had sent her pictures of my eye and she told me to come back in and they can get them fixed so I return at 4 pm and have the same lash tech who previously messed them up so I am lying on the table and the tech proceeds to glue my eye shut at my inner corner. I ask her to please just stop and take them off because I could not deal with any more pain. She said "well that was my last lash anyways" so I stand up and pry my eye open and pluck glued lashes from the bottom row. I finally walk out after a traumatic situation and sit in my car and calm down. I call the salon back and talk to ********* who told me to come in to talk to her. I told her I would like my. money back after what had just happened to me and she said I didn't deserve my money back because they got me back in to fix them and I would be taking money from the tech who spent time doing them. After some talking she proceeds to give me a $20 refund out of the $140 I had paid. I asked her for a corporate phone number and she proceeds to hand me her business card and very rudely say "its a franchise honey" my eye was irritated and red for at least 12 hours after my appointment and they looked spacious and not flattering.
